The Quebec side of the river
English only. We work in Gatineau, and the phone line is in English. Our office speaks English. Service en anglais seulement. Notre bureau parle anglais.
Gatineau faces Ottawa across the river. The job is the same one we do on the Ontario side: a flat at home, a tire on the shoulder, a battery that will not start, or a winter swap in the driveway.
Hull is the sector closest to downtown Ottawa. The Alexandra Bridge, the Portage bridge and the Chaudière crossing all land there. The Canadian Museum of History and the offices at Place du Portage are in Hull. If you are stuck in Hull, name the bridge you are nearest and the street, such as Promenade du Portage or Boulevard Saint-Joseph.
Aylmer is the west sector, along Chemin d'Aylmer and the river. From Ottawa, the Champlain Bridge is the crossing. The older Gatineau sector is east of Hull, along Boulevard Maloney and Boulevard Saint-Joseph, with Autoroute 50 as the highway. Autoroute 5 runs north from Hull toward Gatineau Park.
Buckingham and Masson-Angers are farther east. Call before you count on a visit there, so we can confirm the drive. Winter tires are required in Quebec from December 1 to March 15. Book that swap on our English booking page. Pick your time and you're booked.
